Which AI agents are included?
Every package includes two kinds of agent. We add Microsoft's Business Central agents to your workflows and one PRIME agent built by 9 Dots. Finance includes the Payables Agent and the PRIME Executive Insight Agent. Trade includes the Payables Agent, the Sales Order Agent and the PRIME Supplier Risk Agent. Assembly includes the Payables Agent, the Sales Order Agent and the PRIME Material Shortage Agent. Every package also includes a Microsoft 365 Copilot Business licence for one nominated user in Year 1.
What is the difference between Microsoft agents and PRIME agents?
Microsoft's agents are ready-made agents inside Business Central. The Payables Agent monitors a mailbox for vendor invoices, reads them with AI and prepares draft purchase invoices for your team to review. The Sales Order Agent reads customer requests that arrive by email and prepares draft sales quotes and orders for your team to confirm. PRIME agents are proprietary agents built by 9 Dots on the same Microsoft platform. They cover workflows the Business Central agents do not, such as executive insight, supplier risk and material shortages.
What is not included?These items are charged separately: Business Central licences for all required users, Copilot Credits used by Microsoft and PRIME agents, requirements outside the agreed scope and additional support, hypercare or managed services. | Can the package be customised?Jumpstart ERP follows a defined scope to protect the timeline.
